52 Weeks of Me - Week 14 {Under Exposed}

This weeks theme was Under Exposed and I so wanted to think out side the box, but sadly I ran out of time. I am spread a little thin lately, if only I was truly thin (LOL). To be perfectly honest I just took this picture less than an hour ago after I finally got 5 secs to take it. I had a really tough time with the focus since I had the light off and I was under exposing the shot. I would have done better with the theme for next week, out of focus.

Next weeks theme: Out of Focus, that should have been this weeks theme.

Thanks to all those who are participating! Don't forget there is the Flickr Group and we are as always open for theme suggestions. Plus, if you want this cute blog button swing by Jessie's she has the code.

  1. I still think it looks great, Cara. I love the B&W contrast. Believe me, I know about lack of time. I took mine as well today on the plane to Wisconsin and uploaded it a couple min ago. Haha.

  2. Seems like a lot of us struggled with this theme. I like what you got though. So different than what you have done before.

    Here's to next week. :)

  3. Your photo is great Cara. It's perfectly underexposed. If that makes sense. : )
    I think the theme this week should have been lack of time. I am just now getting my photo up. I think we may be too hard ourselves. Just taking a self portrait every week is a pretty major accomplishment in my book.

  4. I love the feel this shot gives off. Your direct stare into the lens is so powerful and natural all at the same time. Wonderfully done, even at the last minute. :0)
