Team Up Thursday : FLARE!

Jen and I decided to do sun flare this week. I loved the idea because it was going to be 50 degrees, nice and sunny all weekend. The weather was all that and more but I did not get my shot outside. I was working on the laundry in my room when I decides to open the shades all the way. The light coming in was just so bright I thought...FLARE!

I love that inJen's you can see the kids...in their bathing suits no less. I'm also a little bit jealous of her awesomely large looking backyard!

    LOVE the sun flare, ladies. Great shots! I like how they contrast...Jen's shot is very bold in color, while yours has such a soft beauty to it.

    Great sun flare in both those shots! Reminds me spring is coming. Although it snowed this morning in Albuquerque which is just plan weird.

    Sun flares are so fun! I am in love with the colors in your shot, the tilt of the scene and the patterns on your curtains. Irs all so lovely! Great how you did an indoor shot and Jen did an outdoor shot. Two opposite in a wonderful dip!

    Okay Cara, this is crazy. Go take a look at my photo this week - we have two different themes, but we both captured sunflare thru the window. Wow. I simply adore the color and happy feel of your shot, and then your curtains - LOVE THEM!

    Now *that* is thinking outside the box, because I absoluetly would have figured you needed to be outside to capture flare. But no! :) Nice curtains btw.

    50 degrees! Yikes! It was 80 here today. I love how you found an awesome shot while doing your laundry. What I would do for laundry inside my house. (We live in an apartment; our laundry is downstairs in an outside laundry room. Blerg.)
