Five Already

Wow, five already. I never believed it when people said the time would fly. In a few short week you will be heading to school and learning new thing. It feels like we are closing a chapter on a part of your life, you know what they say...you can't go back. You can capture it though, and that is just what I've tried to do.

Words could never describe how I feel about you, I've tried to find those words but I just can't. You have a smile that lights up the room, eyes that make my heart melt and the biggest personality a little kid could have. So, since I can't tell you how I feel I thought I would show you what I see when I look at you.



I would love to be able to pause this time and not move forward, freeze you at 5 forever but I can't. I hope that in the coming years when you look back at this it will make all the memories of getting to 5 seem more real and let you to remember what an awesome little kid you were.

Playing Around

I've been playing with some of the cool programs on my new Mac Book Pro and the video feature on my camera. Let's just say I've been having some fun.

So you think you can dance...

I know I haven't been around much. My kids have been sick, one after the other; work is super busy, and a lot little stressful and I have been completely uninspired lately to take a picture of anything. With the blues always come a ray of sunshine and at this time it's Francesco.

After they take their baths he likes to dance in his room. He has a CD player that we play soft music on for him at his bedtime, but to dance he like the radio hip-hop music. He makes Michael and I sit across the room to watch. I happen to have the little camcorder the other day and was practically peeing my pants while filming this.

How can this not lift your spirits?



I hope that as all are now well and now everyone is back to sleeping in their own room by themselves I will have a little more time. With the Holiday weekend and family in from out of town I have the battery on the camera changed and all my lens cleaned. Let pray fora little bit of good weather and a lot of inspiration.

Franceso Imitating Mommy

Francesco picked up the little point and shoot camera the other day and it was already set to video. He was able to get it turned on and started to record. He had the camera turn around backwards and was walking towards us. He kept calling out like I do when I try to get him or Nicolo to look at me while taking a photo. The video make me and my husband crack up every time we play it. Just remember he is imitating me while I try to take his picture, he just has the camera turned the wrong way.
